To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must initiate your request within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Requests made after this 48-hour window will unfortunately not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us via our official WhatsApp line or email with your order number and a photo of the item.
We maintain high-quality standards for all our products. To qualify for a return:
Items must be in the same condition as they were when they left our shop.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For kitchenware and water bottles, the items must show no signs of use or watermarks.
For bags and clothing, there must be no scents (perfume/detergent), stains, or wear and tear.
Due to hygiene and the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged:
Wigs and Hairpieces: For sanitary reasons, once these leave their original packaging, they are final sale.
Thrift Items: As these are unique, pre-loved pieces, they are sold “as-is.” We encourage you to review photos carefully before purchasing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via Mobile Money (MoMo) to the original number used for the transaction.
If the item is found to be used, damaged, or altered, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
Customer Error: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or wrong size selection, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with returning the item to our shop in Ho.
Shop Error: If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, Kafbis Ventures will cover all associated shipping costs for the return and replacement.
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo immediately upon unboxing and contact us. We will arrange for a swift replacement or a full refund.
